Q-Series: No Sound after installing Headunit for BMW 1, 3 and 5 Series

Issue:
After installing the VHEDIA Q-Series head unit in your BMW, the radio and screen power on, but no sound comes out from the factory head unit.
Possible Causes & Checks:
1. AUX Cable Connection
- Ensure that the AUX cable from the VHEDIA head unit is securely plugged into the vehicle’s AUX port.
2. Optical Cable Placement
- The factory optical cable needs to be relocated to the new harness included in the VHEDIA package.

Test the Sound System:
- Restart the vehicle and head unit.
- Switch to AUX mode and test audio playback.
- Adjust volume settings on both the head unit and the factory system.
