This guide will show you how to fix a T-Series (A13) head unit screen that is flipped upside down, which is a common issue that often occurs after a firmware update or when the unit is first started.

1. Go to System on the head unit's home page.
2. Tap System on the upper right part of the screen.
3. Go to Factory setting.
4. Enter 7890 for the password.
5. Change Screen rotation setting to Negative (Positive if vice versa) and tap Save and restart on the lower right part of the screen for the changes to take effect.
