Q: Radio Reception is not good. (Scan am and no stations and FM is staticy)
A: Please check if your one had a small Fakra plug coming out of the small screen at the top. If it did there might be two so please try both black Fakra plugs with our antenna adapter.
NOTE: It is easy to damage the radio connection on this one when taking out an old radio so need to be careful. If you broke yours, please reach out to us via phone, email, or chat so we can assist.
Q: Hazard & Lock Button - where are the cable/plugs as it is different from the video.
A: There is now a cable that is included in the kit as we updated the Facia to fit better. See pictures below
Q: Door notification shows the wrong way. When right door is open, left door showing on notification and vice-versa
A: You need to change the door notification orientation. See video below.
Q: A/C Control Display on Wrong Side.
A: You need to change the AC notification setting.
Please follow the steps below:
1. Go to Settings
2. Tap Car Infotainment
3. Go to About Device
4. Tap on the Gear Icon and enter 8878 as the password
5. Go to CAN Type
6. Under Inside Temp, tap on the ">" and make sure Swap is selected.
7. Tap SAVE. The head unit will then reboot and it should show the correct orientation.
