To resolve the power issue, switch and try all four connectors into the socket until the head unit receives power.
These are what the four connectors look like (A1, A2, B1, and B2):
This is the socket where you plug in the connector:
Typically, connecting either the A1 or A2 cable will suffice. If not, try all four connectors into the socket to identify which one will power up the head unit.
