If the front parking sensor beep isn’t functioning after installing a Vhedia head unit, this is a known compatibility concern with the Nissan Patrol’s factory system. Don’t worry — we’ve identified the cause and designed a reliable fix so you can restore full sensor functionality without hassle.

FIX:

1. Put "tangdu.bin" on a USB flash drive. (You can get the file here: https://vhedia.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/tangdu.bin)

2. Plug the flash drive on main USB port.

3. Go to System > Upgrades > Select "Tangdu upgrade".

4. Wait for the update to finish.

5. Turn off the car and turn it on back again.

After doing all the steps, the front parking/beep sensors should work properly now.
