If you encounter a situation where the audio volume of your navigation or map application seems too quiet while driving, here's a solution to help you manage and adjust the volume more effectively:
2. From here, you can adjust the System, Navi and Media Volume as needed.
If the steps above did not resolve the issue, please follow these additional steps:
1. Go to Settings > Car Infotainment > About Device.
2. Tap the tools icon and input code 8878 to access the factory settings.
3. Select Volume > Navi Default.
4. The default setting is 15. Adjust the volume to your desired level, up to a maximum of 100.
5. Save the changes and reboot the head unit.
This should help ensure your navigation audio is at a suitable volume while driving.
