Issue:
- Certain factory features of the vehicle do not function correctly with the head unit, such as steering wheel controls, vehicle settings, or parking sensor display.
- The CANBUS module may not be properly or not connected to the head unit, preventing it from communicating with the vehicle’s system.
- Connect the CANBUS plug (with blue and grey wires) from the main harness to the 8-pin port of the head unit. (See photos below for your guide)

- Ensure the plug is fully inserted and secure.
- Restart the head unit and check if factory features such as steering wheel controls and vehicle settings work properly.
Properly connecting the CANBUS ensures that factory vehicle settings are correctly transmitted to the head unit, allowing seamless integration with the car’s system. If issues persist, contact VHEDIA support for further assistance.
