Q: Car goes into reverse straight away.
A: Make sure the 360 plugs are unplugged in the main harness as this issue is caused when you don't have 360 camera.
Q: Check Engine Light is on after installing the unit
A: Go into all apps - to the end - control settings - to the bottom of page - model set and change to type 2
Q: My factory camera just shows static display
A: We need to set the correct camera settings. See video below:
