ISSUE:

If you're getting a random pop-up error message saying "The current device has no audio files", we have a firmware to fix to the issue.

2. Unzip the file on your computer.

3. Copy the extracted file(s) and paste it/them to the root directory of a USB stick. (No folders — just the files directly on the USB stick)

4. Plug the USB stick into one of your USB plugs on your vehicle.

5. A message should pop up on the screen detecting the firmware.

6. After the firmware is done, manually reboot the head unit.

Once the head unit restarts, the new firmware will be active and the random pop-up error message saying "The current device has no audio files" should be resolved.
