No Real Time Video Issue (Caravan Reversing Camera Wireless – Wired Power)

If you are experiencing issues with viewing or not seeing real-time video on your StreamVis App, please follow the steps below:

For iOS:

  1. Go to Phone Settings>StreamVis
  2. Ensure that the StreamVis app has all necessary permissions on your phone, including Location, Bluetooth, Local Network, and Mobile Data. (See the screenshot below)


For Android:

  1. Go to Phone Settings>Apps>App Management
  2. Look for StreamVis App and go to Permissions.
  3. Ensure that the StreamVis app has permissions on your phone for Files, Location, Music and Audio, Nearby Devices, and Photos and Videos. (See the screenshot below)
