If you have our Wireless Caravan Reversing Camera – Battery Powered (VH-WFCAMWB) and you are having poor signal issues or connection being disconnected on the app, please follow the steps below:

1. Change the frame rate.
- On your StreamVis app, Go to Settings
- More Settings > Frame Rate

Try each available frame rate and see if that fixes the issue.

2. Change the WiFi frequency.  2.4GHz and 5GHz are two different frequency bands used in Wi-Fi networks, with 2.4GHz offering broader coverage but potentially more interference, while 5GHz provides faster speeds and less interference but with slightly reduced range.

- If you're using 2.4GHz, please change it to 5GHz by going to StreamVis app > Settings.

- More Settings > Under WiFi, tap Edit.

- From the WiFi Settings scree, change the frequency from 2.4GHz to 5GHz then tap SAVE and see if that fixes the issue

3. Check for firmware updates. Like any other device, installing firmware updates help fix bugs and other common issues.

- On your StreamVis app, Go to Settings

- More Settings > Firmware Update

- Tap on Check. StreamVis app will automatically check if there is any available update. If so, proceed with installing the update and see if that fixes the issue.
