If your VHEDIA T-Series head unit is asking for a PIN and you do not remember setting one, the quickest solution is to reset the head unit to its default settings.

Steps to Fix the PIN Issue:
  1. On your T-Series head unit, go to Settings.

  2. Navigate to System.

  3. Select Factory Reset.

  4. Enter 111000 as the PIN code to reset the headunit back to default.

  5. Confirm the reset and allow the unit to restart.

Important Note:
  • Performing a Factory Reset will restore all settings to default.

  • Any apps you have installed will be deleted.

  • You may need to reconfigure your preferences and reinstall any necessary apps after the reset.

Once the reset is complete, the head unit should no longer prompt you for a PIN, and you can proceed with setting up your device again.

If issue persists, please reach out to VHEDIA Support for further assistance.
