Step-by-Step Guide to Setting Up DAB-Z
Connect Your Head Unit to the Internet
- First, connect your VHEDIA T-Series head unit to the internet. You can do this by using your mobile phone’s hotspot or connecting to your home WiFi network.
Download the DAB-Z App
- Open the Google Play Store on your head unit.
- In the search bar, type "DAB-Z" and press enter.
- Once you find the DAB-Z app, tap on "Install". The app will automatically download and install on your head unit.
Launch the DAB-Z App
- Once the installation is complete, locate the DAB-Z app icon on your head unit’s home screen or within the list of installed apps.
- Tap on the DAB-Z icon to open the app. You’re now ready to enjoy digital radio.
Tips for the Best Experience:
- Antenna Setup: Ensure the aerial is correctly connected and placed in an optimal location. Please watch the installation video:
DAB+Radio Module Installation - Location: Digital radio signal strength can vary depending on your location, so try different areas to achieve the best reception.
Troubleshooting:
Can’t Find the DAB-Z App on Google Play Store?
- Check that your head unit is properly connected to the internet.
- Verify that your Google Play Store account is correctly set up.

- Restart the app or reboot your head unit to refresh the system.
