Troubleshooting: Head Unit Not Detecting SIM Card
If you experience an issue where the head unit is not detecting the SIM card, please follow the steps below:
1. Check Connection: Ensure that the SIM card tray is connected to the correct plug.

2. Check SIM Card Position: Make sure the SIM card is correctly positioned in the SIM card tray. Please see the photo below for your guide:

3. Reinsert SIM Card: Remove and reinsert the SIM card in the tray. We strongly advise turning off the head unit when inserting or removing the SIM card.
4. Try a Different SIM Card: Test with a different SIM card to determine if the issue is with the SIM card or the SIM card tray.
5. Update Firmware: Ensure your head unit has the latest firmware version installed. You can check and download the update from this link: M-Series Firmware Update.
By following these steps, you can troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue with the head unit not detecting the SIM card.
