If you’re experiencing issues with Apple CarPlay on your VHEDIA M-Series head unit, try the steps below to resolve the problem. These basic troubleshooting actions often fix common connectivity or performance issues.
1. Soft Reboot the Head Unit
- Perform a soft reboot of the head unit by opening the Control Centre (swipe down from the top of the screen) and pressing the Restart button. This refreshes the system without affecting your saved data or settings.

2. Reconnect Bluetooth
- On your iPhone, forget the Bluetooth connection to the head unit, and do the same on the head unit for your phone. Then, re-pair the devices from scratch to ensure a clean connection.
