M-Series: How to set CANBUS profile

Setting up the CANBUS profile on your M-Series head unit ensures that factory functions such as the reverse camera, 360 camera, and steering wheel controls are retained.
IMPORTANT: You can identify the CANBUS type/profile by checking the sticker on the CANBUS module. The "XP NO:" on the sticker indicates the CANBUS type profile, which you need to enter in the CAN Type box.
If your CANBUS does not have a sticker (as shown in the sample photo above) or if you are unsure of the correct CANBUS profile for your head unit, please contact us and provide your head unit model, so we can assist you with the correct settings.
1. Go to Settings > Car Infotainment > About Device.
2. Tap the gear icon and enter the code 8878, then press OK.
3. Navigate to the CAN Type menu.
4. Enter the correct CANBUS profile for your head unit.
