Q: My reverse camera doesn't work after the install
A: Are you using the extra patch cable with have in the kit?
If so please see how to wire the patch cable below:
Orange & Black Cable - Connect into our orange and black cable on the main 20-pin plug harness.
Black Cable - Connect to our black GND cable coming off the grey 6-pin plug harness that also has the purple CAM IN rca cable on it.
Red Cable - Into our red cable on the main 20-pin plug harness.
Q: How can I make my USB Power plugs work?
A: So the USB plug out of the back of this one is plugged into one of our USB plugs coming out of the back of the head unit? And the red and black wires are connected to a ACC and GND power source? Can use the same ones as the camera in issue one above.
Q: The patch cable doesn’t have any compatible plugs from car’s side?
A: We will need to send you a different cable kit. Reach out to us via phone, email, and chat so we can assist.

2. If the head unit remains on even when the key is not in the ignition, unplug this small piece from the harness:
Q: No sound on Rockford system
A: Please make sure to choose mode 2 under type and model set
- On your headunit, go to Apps
- Scroll to end should be an app called "control setting", open it.
- Scroll to bottom "Mode Type" > Choose Type 2.
Q: I have your M Series and my aftermarket or factory camera doesn't work
A: We need to set the camera settings correctly. See video below:NOTE: If you use a aftermarket camera select:
