The steering wheel controls (SWC) on your VHEDIA head unit should work by default when installed. However, if you encounter any issues with the SWC functions, the head unit may need to re-learn the controls. Follow these simple steps to do so:
1. Tap on Settings
Begin by tapping the Settings icon on your head unit's main screen.
2. Navigate to Wheel Settings
Go to System > Wheel Settings.
3. Assign Functions
- Press the function you wish to learn on the screen (e.g., Volume Up, Volume Down, Next Track).
- Immediately after, press the corresponding button on your steering wheel control to assign that function.
If you've followed these steps, your steering wheel controls should now be successfully re-learned and fully functional.
