How to Do a Factory Reset

This is a guide on how to perform a factory reset on a Vhedia G-Series head unit. There are two available methods:

Firmware Update Method

1. Insert a USB stick containing the firmware update into one of the USB ports.

2. Wait for the "Upgrade file detected" pop-up to appear on the screen.

3. Select the "Clear all" option, then confirm by selecting "Yes" to initiate a full firmware update and factory reset.

Settings Menu Method

1. Navigate to the unit's "Settings" menu.

2. Scroll down and select "System".

3. Select "Restore factory settings" and confirm by hitting "OK".
