Q: How do I get my steering wheel controls to work?
A: This one you can see the video below but you just need to do the steering wheel control learning process.
Q: The head unit does not push all the way in?
A: Some times you just need to give it a good push on both sides to get it to go in. You can do one side at a time and make sure all clips are lining up and there is nothing that it is getting caught on. Otherwise we have noticed on a couple years that the top hole can be smaller so you can trim the part you see below in the picture.

Q: My factory reverse camera is not showing?
A: There are a few things here to check we will list them below:
1. Make sure you have 5 pin plug in our harness (has single orange and black wire on it) plugged into the 5 pin plug on your car side this may have been on a patch cable that you can just remove on the cars factory harness. See image below:

2. Make sure the 4 Pin plug on your car side harness is plugged into our matching plug and then the yellow RCA plug from this is plugged into our purple wire with the CAM IN yellow RCA plug.
3. Please make sure you harness that we have supplied has a little board plugged into the small plug in the picture below. This might just look like a little black heat shrink part. In the image below it is missing. It is the small plug in the pink circle.

4. If you have a M Series head unit so the SKU would have been MT at the start and you will have a map widget on the home screen. You need to choose the right camera setting. See video below.
Q: The camera you supplied is not working?
A: Ok we will check two things here.
1. Please put car into reverse and then open the app called F CAM and tap the icon on the side of screen so that the camera at rear of car is on. Do you see an image? If you do then that means that there is video feed but no trigger. We just need to connect the little wire coming off the yellow RCA plug to our orange and black wire on our main harness you can just tap into this.
2. There is no video feed at all? Please make sure the yellow RCA from the camera is plugged into the Purple Wire "CAM IN" with the grey 6 pin plug.
3. Double check you have power at the camera end.
