Q: The factory reverse camera is not working and SWC is not working.
A: You need to make sure that correct canbus setting is selected.
For X Series (SKU is VH-1834):
1. Go to Settings > Car Settings
2. Select Factory Settings and enter 126 for password
3. Go to CAN BUS > CAN Box settings
4. Choose 2.TOYOTA/CAMRY/RAV4(Simple) Toyota > Select OK.
For M Series (SKU is MT-1834):
1. Go to Settings > Car Infotainment
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap About Device.
3. Tap the gear icon in the top right corner of the screen.
4. Enter 8878 for passcode
5. Select CAN Type and choose number 3. Toytoa
6. Tap Save and head unit will reboot.
NOTE: If you have a factory camera on M Series, you also need to set the correct camera settings. See video below:
Q: No plug from your harness fits my factory reverse cam plug.
