Having problems with the GPS or a navigation app?

Please try these trouble shooting steps below:

1. Go into all your apps on head unit and look for an app called GPS test. 
2. Open this app and make sure you can see a location and also that it can see a number of satellites. 

- If you cannot see a location or satellites are under 3. Please check that you have:
A. The GPS plugged into the right one on the back of the unit it will say GPS above it. 
B. Make sure you screw it in tight so it has a good connection. 

- If still not good
C. Please pull the GPS out of its location and put it on top of dash with a clear view of the sky through windscreen. 

3. Satellites and location are ok in the GPS Test app. Then the issue you are having is with the apps you are using. 
- Please get in touch with us and let us know what app it is. 
- We might need to try and reinstall the update or do a firmware update.
