How to do a soft reboot

ISSUE: Any software related-issue e.g. SpeedPlay not connecting, Apps like Youtube, and Spotify suddenly have no sound, etc.
Vhedia head units run on the Android operating system and is programmed for a fast boot. Just like any gadget, be it a phone, laptop, or computer, it accumulates system cache.
At times, these junk system files may cause some glitches on the system (e.g. CarPlay not connecting, Bluetooth not connecting, etc.)
Hence, it would help to do a soft reboot.
HOW TO FIX:
1. On your head unit, go to Settings

2. Tap on Car Settings

3. Tap on Factory Settings.

4. It will ask for a password, enter 126

5. From the menu, tap on BT Mode.

6. Select the same one that is already selected on your head unit and tap OK.
(Note: Do not change the BT Mode that is set on your headunit)


Your head unit will then restart showing the VHEDIA logo upon boot, and you're all good!
