X Series - Screen Calibration

ISSUE: Touch screen is unresponsive, random touches, etc.
Calibration is necessary when the coordinates of the area touched on the screen are not sufficiently close to the coordinates on the display. Without proper calibration, the software may not respond correctly when a soft button or icon is pressed.
If you ever encountered any issues with your head unit touch screen not functioning properly, (e.g, the Radio app changing stations by itself, the Music app skipping songs by itself, random touches on the head unit, etc.) the first thing to do is to perform a screen calibration.
