Q: Reception is bad on radio. If you scan AM and you pick up no stations.
A: Plug A12 on our harness needs to have 12V Ant power connected to it so our blue or blue white wire.
Q: The phone button on my steering wheel controls is not working
A: The KEY2 wire on our older cable is placed in the empty pin number 4 shown on the pic below. You need to move the wire into where it is located now (We sorted this out in our newer cables)
Q: How do I make my overhead screen work?
A: You will need to purchase our USB to CVBS adapter:

Q: Bought your M Series and factory reverse camera just shows static display
A: You need to set the correct camera setting: See video below:
