Issue:
- When scanning for radio stations, the head unit does not pick up any stations. In some cases, it may pick up one or two stations with poor reception when manually tuning to FM.
- A loose or improperly connected antenna plug can cause weak or no signal reception. The little pin inside the plug can sometimes come loose, preventing a proper connection.
Solution:
1. Check the Antenna Plug:
- Locate the grey antenna plug at the back of the head unit.
- Inspect the small pin inside the plug to ensure it is intact and not bent or loose.
- Hold the wire firmly while pressing the plug into the head unit to ensure a secure connection.

2. Verify Antenna Positioning:
- Ensure the antenna is properly installed and not obstructed.
3. Test for Reception Improvement:
- After securing the plug, rescan for stations.
- Try tuning to a known strong FM station manually to check if the signal improves.
